& $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes

2) Give the model number of the

system you are working on

3) Give a brief description of the issue

4) The tech will be given the system information & issue

(before your charges start)

5) Your credit card will be charged for $35.00

and your time starts when the tech comes on the line

6) When your tech support call is complete

any additional charges past the first 15 minutes

will be charged to your credit card

at $25.00 per 15 minutes

(or any part of 15 minutes)
